Took our vehicle to R&S for routine maintenance, and to diagnose and fix two different service indicator lights. They took 2 days longer than they first indicated they would need the car for. The cost was higher than I expected to repair a fuel system light - the fix was to replace the fuel cap. They did not replace it with an OEM cap, it had no retainer that the cap hangs from during refueling. And worst of all, within a week both service warning lights came back on.
