Artisan Decks built us a beautiful new deck & we're very happy with their work. They efficiently broke down the old deck & built us a new one. We opted for a natural wood & the guys-Jake, Jeff, and Shane-showed us their good carpentry skills. This new deck feels solid & well-built w/a custom-made rolling door, like a pocket door, to close-off the deck. Rather then a typical gate, this door smoothly rolls shut to close-off the steps. Artisan creativity at work! Jake is an organized planner, too. He provided us w/accurate estimates in both time and cost. If you need a new deck we recommend Artisan, the guys deliver great work!

The Artisan Decks crew was wonderful to work with from start to finish. We had four bids to add a porch with roof to replace our 23-year old deck. Jake’s presentation was the most professional by far. He arrived with samples, photos of similar work, talked over all the possibilities and patiently and cheerfully answered all of our questions, and clearly laid out the costs with all the different options we asked about. Once we selected Artisan over the other options, Jake kept us informed of every step along the way of when they would work, what would be accomplished in the coming days and weeks, when inspectors and subcontractors would arrive. Jake recommended we leave the substructure of our old deck to save some costs, and created a wonderful roofed porch that will bring joy to our family for many years.
