My mother fell the first night she was placed in this facility. We had a meeting with the staff before she was moved here informing them she just came from the ICU unit of the hospital and she needs to be watched closely for falls. The next night they gave her her nighttime sleeping meds at 8:00 pm while she was still sitting up in her chair. At 10:15 they found her on the floor with a HUGE bump on her forehead because she fell asleep and fell out of the chair face first because they never came back to put her into bed. This put her right back into the hospital for another 10 days. The staff at this facility is very incompetent. We never got an apology or anything. My mother went into this facility from a hospital for rehab and ended up right back in the hospital because of this facility's negligence. The fact so few of the staff speak English doesn't help matters either. I would NEVER put my mother here again.
