Matt Carlson, the owner of the company, is a fine Christian man who hires really skilled and quality humans as his crew members. They have worked on 3 major projects on my home, and never did I have concerns of any of the work not being up to snuff or any of the lads being rude or disrespectful. I was the wife/partner of a GC for 18 yrs, so I was enured to the crass behavior of men on a construction site towards women, any woman. None of Matt's lads behave that way, whether he's there or not. One explained to me "We all respect our work and ourselves. If we disrespect anyone, we don't then honor what we do." And they do the tightest miters, the neatest roofing jobs, and the sweetest siding and full set replacement windows (in the dead of winter, no less!) that I have ever seen in my 18 yrs of overseeing construction sites! If you need any job done, MWC is the crew for you in all of the Metro Twin Cities!
