I took my Volvo in for an oil change and to have a software upgrade. The technician stripped the threads on the cup that holds the oil filter (the new technician was trying to unscrew it the wrong way). They blamed the problem on my normal mechanic (who has been servicing my Volvo and changing its oil for more than 5 years). They changed the oild but since they could not remove the oil filter they left it. I took car to my usual mechanic and he had to replace the cup that houses the oil filter and he also completed the oil and filter change. I had to pay for the replacement parts that were broken by the Borton technician. I won't ever return to Borton nor can I recommend them to anyone else.
