We had a water treatment valve malfunction and resulted in a very partial/minor flooding of our basement, mostly contained in the furnace room but with some water damage to the adjoining finished areas. Green Clean was prompt and good regarding the mitigation portion but totally inadequate during the renovation part. I had to find the correct baseboard after they had settled for one that wasn't the correct depth. This resulted in delays but even once the baseboard came in, the scheduling was not well done, last minute and stretched out. They had all kinds of trouble matching the paint since I asked for the original quality of paint from BM and asked if I was ok with Sherwin Williams which I okayed but the paint doesn't look like it matches that well. The quality of the painting and carpentry work is not acceptable - looks like an amateur did it. It's not worth trying to get them to do it right. I've spent 2 months trying to get a very small renovation taken care of and will redo the filling and painting myself. They are polite and responsive but workmanship is not high quality.
