One of his painters free-handed a molding, leaving a fuzzy boundary, when most of us would have masked it. Then became huffy when I asked if he was going to mask the rest ("26 years of experience!" etc.)
Most of the job was done well, but had a final argument about their final cleanup. Lead man gave insulting comments on the way out.
Their real problem is lack of communication, and not realizing how important it is when working in someone's home. The boss says he was here each day, but we never saw him. If he was, simply giving us a couple of minute chat about his intentions each day, and intended completion schedule would have improved the whole unpleasant atmosphere.
The were polar opposites of Schultz Drywall, Inc., which had done the prep work in an outstanding fashion the previous week.
