I've been seeing Diane Brown here for 16 years. I just got new aids and have been having some difficulties with Bluetooth connections to other devices and Diane has always responded very quickly to my calls for help, even after work hours. She is great! Only inconvenience is that she only works at the Edina office on Wednesdays. But I can always get in there when I need to.
