Used this company for gas fireplace maintenance in early 2024. I actually called about an issue with the fireplace, and they said they always start with a full clean and check. Full price was $324, and I had to pay half at time of booking. On the day of appointment, the technician called in advance, arrived within the expected time window (8am-noon), was pleasant, respectful, helpful, and easy to understand. Questions were answered. Decided to have him clean second fireplace (they do this at half price). Tech made sure all our concerns were addressed and everything was working fine before leaving. While I knew the exact price of the first fireplace, I had to wait for the office to send a receipt for the full total that would be charged to my credit card (but that's only because we added the 2nd fireplace during the appointment). The techs were competent, took steps to protect our floors during their work, gave good advice, and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, a good experience. I would recommend them for gas fireplace maintenance.

The fireplace is beautiful and the installers did an excellent job. Everything was completed on time and communication throughout was excellent.
