Rob at Precision Auto has been helpful in so many ways, often giving me advice before I knew I needed it and often not charging for minor things which he can detect by computer. He often provides a loaner if he will keep my car for more than a day. He thoroughly explains what was done to the care and why or why not. I have complete trust that what he says is true and I haven't been disappointed.
