I used to always have Metro Ford do my service work. However, a few months ago, I took my F-150 in for an O2 sensor engine check light issue and told them I had this issue after checking myself prior to taking the truck in. When I received the bill, I was livid they charged me $295 just for the check engine diagnosis (where they plug in a machine and it tells them the same thing my $25 monitor told me). I complained to the service manager and I got the runaround BS explanation their “check engine light procedure” is better and they go through a 10 step process, blah blah blah. I left extremely angry and told them I will NEVER give Metro Ford my business again.

The service you get when you make an appointment vs. using the Quick Lane option is superior in my humble opinion.
