I installed a new A/C unit in fall 2017. It worked but I did not use it because it was already Fall. I turned the A/C on summer 2018 and it would not cool. It was still under installation warranty and Wenzel came and diagnosed the problem. The original install had left a leak in the welding and the coolant had leaked over winter was their explanation. I am disappointed in the quality of work. I don't trust their fix and would not recommend their sloppy work to anyone.
