After multiple calls, complaints of missed pick ups and missed charges for services that they did not deliver, we cancelled service and switched to another provider

Randy's went downhill after being aquired by republic. I didn't get composting picked up and repeatedly had to call and be on hold for an hour requesting they come back and pick it up. This often had to occur 2-3 times every other week
