Outstanding service! Very knowledgeable about their work. Talked to the owner who loves this kind of work for 20 years. The two who did the estimate were the ones who did the work. So they could make decisions on the fly. Out of four candidates they were the only ones who could repair/upgrade the chimney using product unknown to others. They work with manufacturers directly. Much simpler solution but easily as robust (or more) as any other chimney service. Much attention to detail. And..., they could explain the what and why of every step of the job. Very customer oriented. (They broke a lawn sprinkler and didn't tell me about until they showed me the replacement.) Paid about half of what we could have spent.

I have used them for several years. They always do a nice job, show up when they say they will and I feel the cost is reasonable. We use our fireplace alot, and I feel safer knowing they have cleaned and inspected it.
