They have deceptive pricing on their Works oil change package. Took 1.5 hours when told it would take one hour. I bought two new vehicles from them in 2017, but will not have them do any more routine service. I will try Roseville Midway Ford next. I would go to Anderson Koch in North Branch if they were closer. North Country Ford is going downhill.

Was supposed to fix a used vehicle I purchased. Gave me an excuse about a radio update from Ford. Said it would be months. Another dealer found bad GPS cable. I refuse to send fleet vehicles there.
