I was disappointed with a couple things missed when I took my car in for a noise I heard. Mary Loken stepped in and got it all taken care of me. If I have to bring my vehicle in now I just request her and she makes sure everything is done.

Usually figure out the problem on the first try, but I had an intermittent problem with my car not starting. My "gut" feeling was that it was a "bad spot" on my starter. But they had me replace the battery on my key fob and replace my car battery before I could replicate the problem and they decided that it was a "bad spot" on my starter. Usually, though, they are quite good. I had a problem with my air conditioner. They made a repair that cost around $400. One week later I was back with the same problem. They did a leek test and found the problem. They contacted the manufacturer who OK'd them to make the repair. Additionally, they refunded the money I had paid for the first repair. Bravo
