They are a bit high on prices and also try to sell additional things.

When asking what it would cost to replace a water heater, it got somewhat awkward. The technician was very nice and very polite, but the price he initially gave me was $7,000 - $9,000. After I balked at that price he mentioned that "for a house this nice that shouldn't be an issue"...which kind of set me back a bit since I don't think I should be up charged because the house is nice. All in all, it ended well.
