Have been customers 35 years. Work has always been done correctly the first time. Helpful with warranty work/claims. Some Service advisors have been there 20+ years, & greet us by name. Costs are competitive with independent shops we have compared. Nice accommodations for customer waiting area.

always seem to find something that needs fixing on a 2 year old car. Priced out filter changes and found a shop that would do them for about 40% less. try to make me pay for things that should be under warranty.
