I took my car to a dealer in the northern suburbs multiple time to fix my air conditioner. They could never figure out what the problem was. I took it to Luther Kia of Bloomington, and they found it was a loose connection on the first and only appointment. When they did a 30XXX mile checkup, they also found an oil leak. They were good about checking with the company who sold me the extended warranty. Both issues were covered. I just paid for the checkup. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. There was excellent communication during the entire process too.
