Have had many things done there over the years and they have always been mostly friendly but even though most of the work has been warranty stuff still on a few occasions the work was not done right the first or second time, this was mainly the on star stuff and they just didn't seem to want to call them for what the problems were. Finally after many trips it got working right about the time I traded the vehicle in. Most other work has been done pretty good though.
