Well you can't beat an offer of a free oil change or A service for your Mercedes if you bought your car from a competing dealership! And curiously when I was on the way there last winter for a free oil change my blower motor relay went out and my I almost was killed trying to navigate with a fogged windshield at 15 degree f weather. Well we made it, they drove me home, had the part, and repaired the car, (in warranty) and changed the oil, and came to my home, picked me up to get my car back, 5 hours later. Can't beat that!
