I had my condo air handling unit replaced over a month ago (October 2024). Not only was it improperly hooked up and failed city inspection, the brand new unit puts out a strong, strange odor that affects my breathing so badly that I cannot run it. I have repeatedly informed the company about this situation, but they have yet to address these concerns or even send someone out to assess conditions. Their post-installation customer service is extremely poor, promising to get back to me on multiple occasions and then failing to do so.
