Since getting two new cars with numerous safety systems designed to stop the car from being hit or hitting nearby obstacles, we didn't feel safe with the 'drag-chain' style car washes that pull the car through. This Kwik Trip has two stalls where the car stays stationary and is in 'Park' during the wash. It does a very good job of cleaning the car. We recommend the top level one (I think 'Elite') that includes more features. You have a choice between 'Touchless' and 'Soft Cloth' washes. Our owner's manuals don't recommend Touchless as the pressures are very high and chemicals used. Buy the wash cards on sale for a substantial savings. P.s.: All Kwik Trip washes are not alike. Some are not maintained well, but this one seems to be.
