I called Metropolitan Exteriors and spoke with Tracey. She arranged for Will (Swinney) to come out Jan. 25, 2024, to do an estimate for installing roofs over my front and back decks. Mr. Swinney was a bit late but he called to say he had run into traffic. He arrived and we talked with him our goals and he took some measurements. On Feb. 12th, he emailed with some "unofficial" numbers and statements that he was waiting on permit numbers and pricing for the application and the wait time so that he could tell us times and start up and total cost. We responded with some questions, but, he never replied. About a week later, he then contacted us to say that he his engineer will come out and take a look. The engineer came, took a look and left. That was Feb 2024 and today is Mar 15th and Mr. Swinney nor anyone else from Metropolitan Exteriors have contacted us.

They corrected another company’s work. Chris Randall was extremely helpful, he was very detailed and conscientious. He followed through on every detail and remained in contact with the workers.
