My wife was there for several weeks for physical therapy rehabilitation. Staff is professional and very friendly - always "up".

I think every round-the-clock care facility is going to have some ups and downs in quality. Arcola did as well (the food was OK, if not great), but overall the staff were caring and responsive, the facilities were clean, if not deluxe, and we were happy with the care provided. The nurses we worked with were all great.
