Bye bye Lindsay Ford of Wheaton :( Having purchased vehicles from you in the past and many service visits over the years I've just had a pathetic repair experience. I am a maintenance agreement holder, which seemingly doesn't amount to much. I was shocked at how ridiculous this experience with John Kernan was. It's possible he was having a bad week, but to come back 4 days after dropping my vehicle off and for him not to have an answer as to why this supposed 2 day repair couldn't be completed same week was not acceptable. He didn't even seem to care, just told me his repair guy will be back next week and that I could come back then for an answer. The kicker was after I got the vehicle home I noticed 2 wheel covers had disappeared. I didn't even bother complaining as I was just glad to be done with him. You guys have seriously gone downhill. I'll never set foot there again for service or purchase.

Never ready at the appointed time, something always seems to break after they do standard maintenance. Took them three times to fix a problem with the passenger airbag, couldn't fix the seat controller, Changed the internal air-filter and then sudenly there is no heat on the passenger side of the car and they want another $800 to fix it. Uncomfortable dirty crowded waiting room. Just avoid
