This year was a bit different due to the Covid-19 pandemic, but Mohan, my tax preparer was so helpful; he called our house a few times to let me know the status of my return after I submitted the tax papers to the office location in Wheaton Plaza mall. Erica, at the front desk was also very helpful regarding information about the new tax preparation procedures during the pandemic. I have used H&R Block for many years now, and they provide excellent service with relevant advice for their clients. They are the best!
