NRL FCU has been my primary financial institution since I joined in 1992. Since then we have used them for primary checking, savings, free ATM, credit card account, CDs, (four) used car loans, a Home Equity line of credit, and for two mortgage refinances. Overall we have been very pleased with their service, low loan rates, and relatively high CD rates. Over the years we have had minor issues with a couple transactions but they quickly resolved both with no cost to us. Their staff is always pleasant, eager to please, and always asks if there is anything else they can do for you. They have handled most of our banking needs for over 25 years and we seen no need to take our business elsewhere - though I always look out for better deals. You can't beat Credit Unions for low fees, low loan interest rates, and great service!
