This contractor was responsive. He was prompt in setting a date for the estimate, showed up on time and provided the estimate. He surveyed the attic and made recommendations to add additional insulation (the house was built in 1967). The job was professionally and efficiently completed. We have already passed his name along to others in the area. No need to look further for your insulation needs.

Keith, the owner, was responsive and provided the best price for our job. Our house, built in the 1960s, has two knee-wall attics that needed all the insulation replaced. We asked to use eco fiberglass batting and not the blown-in type of insulation. We wanted to be able to continue to use the attic for storage, and we want to use a material known to be non-toxic. Keith met all our requirements at a price that was the best by far. His installer, Manuel, did an amazing job, doing meticulous work, moving our storage items out and back in, and leaving the formerly dusty attic floor so clean we didn't need to mop it. When KO was done, we had two large spaces that were in tip-top shape. They even replaced the insulation around a bathroom fan that had just been installed in another room. Can't recommend KO enough!
