Pleaseeeee do not take your pet here. Brought my dog there end of September and he became infected with flees and lost mobility in back leg since his visit. I took him in because I felt a lump. Doctor came in the exam room felt where I thought lump was said it was fat. Patted my dog and took him to the back to cut his nails. Doctor did not spend more than 5 minutes giving an examination 100 plus visit . Later realized they did not cut all of his nails. I called back to speak to Doctor regarding his new condition and apparently the Doctor does not call people regarding their pets or the girls at front desk are told not to bother the Doctor. Yesterday his condition got progressively worse so I decided to take him up to the vet. As we were leaving he fell down the stairs half way down and I was extremely upset. Showed up at the Vet left my Pup in the car went inside clinic to see if I could speak to Doctor and the girls said they could not bother him. Also, blonde girl said they were all booked today and I would have to pay 130 for an emergency visit. Im more upset she is throwing numbers at me so I got extremely upset with them not showing any type of compassion for my dog that just fell down about 15 stairs. I worked at a vet before and at plenty of doctor’s offices and know they absolutely don’t need to work with patients. If they show any compassion any other time it’s because they are showing off for the doctor. So long story short after I got fueled and told them off not threatening or cursing. They threatened to call the police on me. I told the two Karens to go for it. Give me my paperwork then I will leave. So when I get home the Manager calls me to tell me they will no longer service my dog. Not how is he doing and how can they help him. She got a few words thrown her way. I was not bringing my dog up there to those non-compassionate/professional folks in that flee infested clinic. It’s so clear they are more concerned with money than the well being of their patients.

With covid u dont even k ow whata wrong with you dog snd they don't let you come in so the bills are so high
