Allan Gushue, Branch Sales Manager, walked me through the mortgage process every step of the way. It involved some education, some hand-holding, some COA analysis, and a lot of timeline management. He was always available when needed and engendered a high sense of trust. Highly recommend. He also supports homebuyers in both Maryland and Virginia.
