Just had my bathtub refinished. It looks great. They are real professionals, really have a good procedure, and use what appear to be the best sealant caulk, bonding agent, primer and paint for refinishing. They basically use materials designed for refinishing boats, planes and automobiles to refinish bathtubs! They removed my old tub liner that had failed and gotten water underneath it. Having them remove the old liner cost an extra $500. My total price was just under $1100. My only advice is take your time with the estimator to pick the right color. They have about 4 shades of white to select from. I wasn't too focused on the color and chose an off-white instead of a bright white that I would have preferred. The refinisher who shows up to do the work only has the color you selected during the initial estimate. I'm satisfied with it though, and they would have come back again to redo it if I wanted a different shade of white.
