Used Yard by Yard in 2014 season for weekly lawn mowing. They use 26 inch homeowner size mowers that leave clippings. They edge and then blow clippings off cars & sidewalk. They are done with my 1/4 acre in less than 30 mins. wkly charge: $45 The worker who blows clippings frequently blows stuff into flower beds or under a hedge, thereby creating nests for spider mites & creating a cleanup job for the homeowner. I have also used them once in 2014 for a yard cleanup, vegetation pruning /trimming, flower deadheading; remove spring flower foliage; edge flower beds around perimeter of rear yard; spray for insect pests; fertilize; prune roses; relocate 5 plants; hand weed flower beds & mulch. 5 workmen worked for 4 hrs w/ a 1/2 hr lunch break. The owner / supervisor after telling them in Spanish the scope of work,left the site and did not return until late lunch. This meant homeowner had to supervise and try to communicate in Spanish on a very hot day. Labor: $1260 Materials (mulch): $250
