I obtained an estimate from three floor installers to have new wood flooring installed in my foyer, living room, and dining room; and I needed it to match existing woods in the kitchen. Brendan Flaherty was recommended by a friend (he had refinished their whole house before they moved in and done a fantastic job). So, based upon his reasonable price, warm personality, and my friend's recommendation, I hired him. I was very satisfied with his work. He matched the old floor to the new floor perfectly! I hired him again to refinish another wood floor and that looks great too! I'm bringing him back a third time to put in some wood under a cabinet that we removed and I'm sure we'll be happy there too. Brendan is easy to reach, affordable, and does quality work. I highly recommend him for wood floor installation or wood floor refinishing.
