Inconsistent interactions with staff. When blower died, they disconnected wiring, saying it was not to code. Electrician said that was incorrect. Brought the wrong part, returning 2 hours later with the correct one when the house was about 40 degrees. Unapologetic. Replaced brand new humidifier panel without asking. Other workmen have been pleasant and helpful.
