I began using them in 2015 and they were great, but the business was sold around 2020 or 2021 and it is horrible now. Their work is terrible, they mislead customers about billing/prices, and the office staff is unresponsive. I was so disgusted with them that I did not renew my contract, yet they kept sending bills after services had ended. They are totally inept!

I have used this company for the past 5 years. Over the past 2 years, their customer service has become dreadful. Their workers damaged my yard and it took months for them to respond to my emails and calls to finally try to address it (sub optimally). Despite renewing my contract for this year, they have simply failed to come and service my property in any fashion. They are unreliable. I recommend seeking a better more trustworthy company.
