At the time I called the top 3 rated tree care companies about trimming and eliminating and identifying bug nests in Leyland Cypress, they also trimmed azaleas that go beyond the whole length of the house, 40 feet. Both of the other companies recommended Andrew's company, Expert Tree, to do the work. With the highest compliments. Did not disappoint. I had other Tree companys do this work since 1998 and realized they were inferior to Expert Tree and did not have the equipment to do the work correctly. Expert Tree showed up with a crane made specifically for tree trimming and trimmed all the Leylands and Azaleas better than has ever been done. They did what was best for the trees and bushes and cut them so I do not have to do it again for a long time. He even fixed all the mistakes done by other companies. I was being taken advantage of by Thatcher's who did the work in a way that I had to have it done every year. No longer with Expert Tree. Paul is the nicest and hardest working guy and listened carefully to what my wishes entailed. His work was so good I tipped him an extra $40. Andrew went back up twice more at my asking if he could shape it differently, etc....without any hesitation. Great work! I was thrilled. Their third person was raking and cleaning the whole time. They didn't even leave one twig. They ground up all the cut branches. They have all the equipment, when most of these guys just show up with a tall ladder and unprofessional grade equipment. Finally all of it is done correctly! Even his two highest rated competitors told me that Andrew and Expert Tree was what they recommended. I have before and after pictures I hope I can post here, if not look for "billythechemist" review on Google for pictures. Other companies also rent equipment, so it is MORE expensive. Not Expert Tree. All of the professional equipment is owned by Andrew's Company, Expert Tree. I have never been more happy to leave a review for any company. For your knowledge: Most of these tree companies will not come out unless they can make $5,000, at least from you. I paid way less than that. And it was all a mess from Thatcher's, they had to fix it up and Andrew must be an entomologist because he knew exactly how to handle the web nests in the Leylands. Andrew is very smart and easy to talk with and helpful and cares. Other tree companies have people who can barely speak and are only concerned about being paid. After 27 years here, no one else ever could do this work correctly. They charge such expensive prices that another Tree Company listed here, he retired with millions of dollars! Cheers Paul and Andrew and his company.

During bad weather, I was grateful that Expert Tree responded quickly and appropriately to remove an unstable tree. Had a similarly good experience dealing with another emergency situation. Cleanup was superior. In both instances communication was conducted efficiently via brief texts regarding the specific situation.
