I am recommending Stephanie Baptiste. She's the stylist I've used for cuts, color and make-up. She's fantastic. Not only is she incredibly skilled and smart, but her taste level is exquisite. And she's really nice!

not my favorite ulta store -- it's kind of small, and they don't carry everything I like. salon is ok.
