NOPE - overpriced like they were a DC salon, not in a strip mall on Columbia Pike in Silver Spring, Stylist was totally nasty to me because I was speaking to a shampooer about her hair color. He said I was disrupting the lady who was getting shampooed service. Since when is getting shampooed such a revered ritual? And when did it become that the customer isn't right and is allowed to be treated with such disrespect? The color I got was nowhere near I showed them, I showed reddish/violet and got some dark gothic color (I look like Morticia Addams) and when it came time for my haircut, was told that she didn't specialize in short hair. It's a very sad, depressing shop, more like a library than a salon. Too expensive, bad service. NOPE

Many interruptions during service without explanations or apologies. Waiting time 30 to 45 minutes after arriving on time. No aplogies. Unprofessional manner for a beauty salon Fees too expensive for service provided.
