I’ve been a member for several years and work with a personal trainer. This is a great club - great staff, personal trainers, and classes. Convenient and low key. A great place to work out.

Steve has an amazing quantity of knowledge at his disposal and can determine what areas any individual needs to work on, and which of his scores of exercises to bring into play. He is extremely knowledgeable about what exercises to use to address different injuries. I was able to fix problems in my knee, hip, and shoulder simply by following his prescriptions. Steve is a trainer at the Rock Creek Sports Club.
