Recommended
Have used them for lawn mower and snowblower repair. This past February needed my snowblower repaired before the snow came and they made sure to adjust their schedule of lawn mower work to address snowblower work those days. Nice to find a company that will take the urgent needs into account. And they come to my house so I don't have to haul the equipment to them.

To get an appointment for a home repair visit, I had to provide a lot of information about my mower that was apparently not used or unimportant. I had to provide a credit card number, security code and other details over the phone in order to book the appointment. The card was confirmed by Square with a notice that it could be used by other companies Square serves. The appointment was an all-day appointment - there was no commitment to arrival at any particular time. After waiting all day, I received a call from the office to tell me that the repairman had had car trouble about an hour earlier. No compensation for my trouble was offered and I don't recall an apology, but there was an offer to rebook the appointment which I declined.
