This company is apparently quite busy because neither my email with a picture or my call were returned. Trying to reach them was a waste of time.

Specialists who will tell you when you don't need their services are true professionals. Jon Gordon/MoldGone responded quickly to our request for possible mold removal and volunteered to come out on Labor Day. He was on-time for the appointment, explained his measuring tool and meaning of the readings to us, and made suggestions for how we could remediate (and did not charge for the visit)...he left us feeling confident of his assessment and more knowledgeable about our house.
