assessments for work seem reasonable and assessor came promptly; systems to see proposed costs were efficient and accepting proposed costs was easy; repair staff came on time and completed work within reasonable time; work was high quality and parts used very sturdy; assessor offered options for work that were efficient and informed me of options I had no knowledge of that worked very well

Company goes by the name of Get-a-Grip Construction Services specializing in home accessibility modifications, which is what we needed. We requested an appointment for an estimate and the estimator (Jake) was 3 hours late (we actually had to call them to find out about the delay). Additionally, we received no estimate for 6 days and once-again had to call them to send it out. Not only was it overpriced, but it did not reflect everything that was discussed. Apparently they did not want the job.
