No nonsense and no drama. Mr. Rivas came out and gave us an estimate. He told us what he would do and answered our questions. He also listened to what we wanted. He told us we might have to replace some boards and sent us pictures of the boards he thought should be replaced. The work was done on time and they did an excellent job. We are happy with the finished product and it was done at a reasonable price.

Nelson came in significantly under price of the other companies we considered. His crew was neat and timely, and did a beautiful job of refinishing our hardwood floors.
