I cannot speak highly enough of this company, and would unhesitatingly use them again. Mr. Diaz came to our house to give an estimate to demolish a deck, lay some paving stones and install a safety railing on a window. He provided options and asked questions that other bidders did not and showed creativity, knowledge and high competence. Once the contract was signed, he and his team moved quickly and efficiently, and the result was very satisfactory. Also they left the yard clean and orderly when they were done. The one thing I would note is that it is important to do a better job than we did in making sure all costs/potential escalations are well documented at the beginning. There were a couple of modest escalations during the job that we probably should have made sure were documented beforehand or added explicitly into the contract when they came up. Having said that, the total cost of the job was still quite reasonable, in my opinion.

Marcial was prompt replying to texts regarding scheduling and responding to questions. He was flexible with scheduling and gave thoughtful recommendations regarding the replacement of rotten deck posts.
