I called EES Services on a Sunday with an emergency - we needed the vent for our hot water heater inspected after a carbon monoxide alarm the night before. They answered (on a Sunday!) and we made an appointment for Monday morning, but I got a call an hour later saying "we are in your area, could we come now?". When the tech arrived, I was handed the company's license and insurance info right off, which was extremely reassuring. A camera inspection of the vent showed it was in extremely bad shape, we were informed of the cost of replacing the structure ($$$$) and why just using a liner would not be appropriate, and advised to replace the water heater with a new model that did not require this type of venting. He also took a moment to check our dryer vent (no charge), made some suggestions regarding replacement of parts of the vent with an explanation as to why, and left us feeling extremely lucky to have found the company.
