They replaced our old built-in fireplace unit and chimney. We're pleased with their work. Their estimate and invoices for this complex project were detailed and clear, and they kept us informed at every step. The only problem we had is that their team did not install the damper lever -- I had to point this out to them -- and they couldn't even find it; it's a small part and they might have discarded it with the packing material. Their office promptly ordered a new one, and held back their final invoice for weeks until the vendor finally delivered the part. We would happily deal with them again.
