I used Capitol Chimney Service to rebuild a chimney above the roof line and replace a number of bricks below the roof line, as well as to remove the old tile flue liners and replace with stainless steel liners (new building code) since I have a gas furnace and gas fireplace. Their proposal was neither the highest nor the lowest; I chose them based on other reviews, and I was very pleased. They also power-washed and water-proofed both chimneys (I have two), and then added wire mesh to the second chimney to keep the birds and critters out, which was not included and probably not a huge expense, but a nice gesture.

Having a new hot water heater installed and had to get new venting pipes. They did an amazing job -- put down drop cloths everywhere, were extremely neat and cleaned up really well. They also had to replace some bricks in the chimney, power washed and will come back to put on waterproofing. Also had dryer vent cleaned. Everyone was extremely pleasant to work with and the level of communication is great as they keep you updated. Definitely recommend.
