The Sport Honda dealer service department is excellent at scheduling and keeping a timetable. They text updates concerning where they are when servicing your car, and letting you know in advance if your car needs replacement parts. They DO upcharge by 3% for credit cards, and that is a new policy, so I was surprised this time.

They have been good at keeping my elderly Honda Pilot on the road and running well, in spite of the odometer being well north of 300,000 miles.

They've kept my 04 CR-V running very well thru the years. They aren't the closest place for me to go for maintenance or repairs but they have earned my trust. They give me written recommendations of future or possible issues and explain or show me what to look for, and they have never tried to sell repairs that weren't needed. I find them honest, agreeable work with and they do quality work.
