For pricing I say adequate with an asterisk. Like most dealers their prices are probably higher than an independent shop. That said I have been taking my car there regularly for service and using the same service manager, thus when a major repair was needed that was out of warranty the service manager talked to Lexus to cover the entire cost of a major repair, a savings of close to $3000 dollars. My relationship built with the dealership was a real cost saver.
