I called four HVAC firms to provide an estimate to replace my furnace. John Clower was the only person to come out to the house. I explained my budget and how many bells and whistles I wanted. I received estimates for two different furnaces. After I selected one, an appointment was set and the techs arrived on time. I subsequently had my second furnace serviced by BMC. Everyone i met or talked to at the company has been helpful, competent,and professional. Hence I recommend the firm.

I paid $4,000 for duct cleaning and received that. I did not get the vents cleaned. I never knew there was a difference.
